At Portal91, we strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our event participants. Please carefully review our Returns and Cancellations Policy outlined below. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Contribution Pass Refunds

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the significant planning and resources required to organise our events. We recommend reviewing all event details before making a purchase.

3. Contribution Pass Transfers

3.1 Eligibility

Contribution Pass transfers are permitted under the following conditions:

The request for transfer must be submitted at least 14 days before the event date.

The new pass holder must meet any age or eligibility requirements for the event.

3.2 Process

To transfer your Contribution Pass:

• Email us at outreach@portal91.org with the subject line "Contribution Pass Transfer Request".
• Include your name, the original pass details, and the full name and contact information of the new ticket holder.

• Await confirmation from our team. The transfer is not complete until you receive written confirmation from us.

4. Legal Disclaimer

4.1 Limitation of Liability

Portal91 and its affiliates, partners, and sponsors are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of cancellations, transfers, or non-attendance. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that the maximum liability of Portal91 to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the ticket.

4.2 Force Majeure

In the event that the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies (Force Majeure), we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide alternative options, which may include rescheduled dates or credit for future events. Refunds will not be issued for Force Majeure events.

4.3 Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, India. Any legal action related to the policy must be filed in the courts of Bangalore, India.
